The Branson House

120 North Fourth Street Branson MO 65616

The Branson House is a romantic bed and breakfast which men and women alike can appreciate. There are no antiques, no music boxes and no scented soaps. But there are plenty of delicious homemade goodies, comfortable furnishings and romantic options (think Jacuzzi tub, flowers, show tickets, in-room massages, even a limo).

The home once belonged to Jim Owen, mayor of Branson in the 1930’s. It is believed Charlton Heston stayed here as Owen’s guest. The house sits in the heart of downtown Branson, very close to Branson Landing Shopping Center. Current owner, Dale Coursey, has completely remodeled the place with the latest décor and amenities.

A fire patio and state-of-the-art grill makes a perfect way to spend a relaxing evening. Picnic tables and umbrellas are available.

Mornings are another highlight thanks to Dale’s family recipes. The menu may include French toast with eggs and bacon or biscuits and gravy. Whatever is being served, it will be appetizing and filling.
